Needs & budget
Discuss the users, problem, core features, platform, budget, and target date to assess whether the project is a fit.
Scope & agreement
Agree on the first release, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and final quote. Sign the contract and arrange the initial payment before work begins.
Design & development
Confirm the workflow and page designs, then develop and test in stages with updates at key milestones.
Acceptance & handover
Review the result against the agreed criteria and hand over source code and documentation. Agree on the scope and duration of follow-up support.
Project fit & scope
Projects work best when the users and use case are clear, the first release is manageable, and you can provide materials and feedback promptly. I lead the work, bringing in collaborators when needed.
I do not take on large platforms, long-term on-site assignments, operations-heavy work, or highly regulated or high-risk projects such as finance and healthcare. Hardware repair, printers, cabling, and network hardware maintenance are outside the service scope.
